Your Gerard Africa team recently participated in a five-a-side football tournament at the home of football; Wembley Stadium in London. The tournament was organised by the social enterprise Alive and Kicking, who make hand stitched footballs in areas of high unemployment in Africa; keeping adults in employment, helping children play and raising health awareness through sport.

While a valiant effort was made, the trophy was eventually lifted by the APOW team from Eritrea. We congratulate them and look forward to next year! The tournament raised over GBP£5,000 for charity & we applaud all the teams participating.
